Southwestern Public Service Company (SPS), a subsidiary of Xcel Energy, Inc., has launched 'Power for the Plains', a $1.6 billion transmission expansion plan in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. The following proposed projects are in varying stages of the regulatory and or siting process:
